Lead The Way Learning Academy Selects SureImpact to Demonstrate their Unique Social Impact

COLUMBUS, Ohio, April 21, 2020—SureImpact, Inc., a customizable, cloud-based software platform for mission-driven organizations, announced today that it has been selected by Lead The Way Learning Academy to help the organization track, manage, measure and communicate its unique social impact.

Since 2014, Lead The Way Learning Academy (LTWLA) has provided youth development and youth workforce services in Franklin County, Ohio. LTWLA helps young people discover their life’s passion by providing purpose, direction, motivation and opportunities. LTWLA has consistently provided structured programming organized around:

• Boosting students’ academic achievement and self-esteem;

• Social and emotional learning;

• College and career readiness;

• Fostering healthy lifestyles and self-esteem; and

• Helping young people find and develop their passions.

Collectively, these programs seek to meet the educational, physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs of high-need youth, and help them improve self-confidence, interpersonal skills, and develop relationships with diverse populations.

Because SureImpact allows direct service providers to capture and analyze key performance indicators in real time, organizations can now clearly articulate their unique social impact to funders and stakeholders upon request. SureImpact also serves as a case management and reporting solution specifically designed to connect the entire social sector ecosystem.
